Return and Refund Policy:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. We’re more than happy to work with you to offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Please note:
Natural variations in handmade items (such as stitching or fabric placement) are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.

All items are made with care, and due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, colour, fabric placement, or stitching may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We do our best to accurately display product colours and details, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if required, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.
Shipping
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery, and shipping methods. Once an order has been dispatched, Kind Stitch Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Care & Use
Customers are responsible for following the provided care instructions. Damage caused by incorrect care or misuse is not covered under our returns policy.

Shipping Policy
All items from Kind Stitch Studio are handmade with care in New Zealand.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and packed before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
Custom Order Policy
At Kind Stitch Studio, each custom piece is made slowly and thoughtfully, just for you.
Placing a Custom Order
Custom orders can be requested through our enquiry form or via email/Instagram. Please include as much detail as possible (product type, fabric preferences, sizing, and any special requests). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email.
Payment
Full payment is required before any custom piece is started. Your order will be secured once payment has been received.
Turnaround Time
Custom pieces are made in small batches alongside ready-made collections. Please allow additional time for your order to be created. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated when your order is confirmed.
Design & Fabrics
All custom pieces are created using available fabrics. While I will do my best to match your vision, slight variations may occur depending on fabric availability and the handmade nature of each item.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes can only be made before your order has begun. Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
As each custom piece is made especially for you, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Faults
If your item arrives with a fault, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve this.
