Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and packed before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping

• We currently ship within New Zealand only

• Orders are sent via tracked courier where possible

• Delivery timeframes vary by location but typically take 1–3 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
